BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — 4 people were rushed to the hospital overnight following a Birmingham shooting.

The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. on Joppa Avenue in Gate City. Police say 4 men were at an apartment complex when shots began coming from a grey vehicle.

All 4 were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made at this time.
