THORNTON, Colo. – One woman was killed and three others were wounded during a large disturbance at a sports bar early Saturday morning, the Thornton Police Department said.

It happened just before 1:30 a.m. at the Extra Point Sports Bar at East 100th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. The disturbance started inside the bar and moved outside, according to a police spokesman.

Officers from several agencies responded to the scene.

When police arrived, officers found several shooting victims. Later, a stabbing victim from the same disturbance walked into a hospital.

A person of interest questioned by investigators on Saturday was arrested on Sunday and is considered a suspect. A spokesman said it’s possible there are other suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 720-977-5069.
